Any workshop or conference can be brought to new heights by great facilitation.
We believe great facilitation needs a great facilitator. One that deeply understands the objectives of the workshop, connects with all participants and guides them towards valuable outcomes.
We believe a succesful outcome depends on the facilitator being able to :
- Connect with the client and understand his needs
- Translate the client needs in a productive and engaging flow
- Determine the right tools to support the process and drive results
- Achieve tangible, actionable outcome
- Have fun !
When it comes to our job , there is no one size fits all approach. We customise our approach and tools to ensure best results.
Depending on the size of the group, we work with one or more facilitators . We choose them carefully to maximize the chemistry.
We use techniques such as WorldCafé, Pictures, Drawings etc . We are also certified as facilitator using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and materials .
Yellow Change is a member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and adheres to the Core Facilitator Competencies Framework .
